ROBERT O. LEE
FOUNDER
Established Robert Lee & Fong in 1988 which was the beginning of InterAsia Alliance with the desire to give his clients professional, solution-driven service across Asia. Robert now splits time between the Alliance offices in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.

40+ years experience with a focus on general practice of corporate and commercial law in Hong Kong, Japan and China, with significant transactional experience in London, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada and the United States.

Robert is fluent in English, French and Japanese.

GARY SHIU WING HO
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Gary has 25+ years of experience in corporate finance, securities, investment, intellectual property, insolvency and litigation. He is a Notary Public, China–Appointed Attesting Officer in Hong Kong and can serve as Civil Celebrant of Marriages

Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), English, and he writes, reads and speaks elementary Japanese.

MUNENORI KAKU
SENIOR OF COUNSEL
Munenori (Muny) has over 25 years of experience in corporate and M&A, financial regulations, and cross-border transactions. Muny has previously served as Head of Legal of a global financial institution, Consultant and Senior Of-Counsel at several major firms in Hong Kong. He was also an in-house counsel for multi-national companies and an associate at an international law firm in Tokyo and New York.
Muny holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Keio University as well as LL.M and Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St Louis School of Law. He is qualified to practice as a Solicitor in Hong Kong and an Attorney at Law in New York. He is fluent in English and a native Japanese speaker.
LILLIAN TAM
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Lillian has extensive experience in handling a wide range of civil litigation matters including probate, family and matrimonial law and personal injuries. She has also dealt with numerous cases involving debt recovery, insolvency, and fraud. She acts for a broad spectrum of clients, such as listed companies, partnerships, creditors and debtors alike and high-net-worth individuals.
Lillian obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
Lillian was admitted as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Robert Lee Law Offices in 2021. She is fluent in English and Cantonese and conversant in Mandarin and French.

ATHENE LAW
ASSOCIATE
Athene qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2010. She embarked on her articleship in the Department of Justice working as a prosecutor and conducting advisory work and civil litigation in various seats. Since completion of her training, her practice has mainly been focusing on commercial and civil litigation.
Athene has her law degree from Nottingham Law School (NLS) and her Master of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Master of Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Athene is also an Associate (HKACG) of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and an Associate (ACG) of The Chartered Governance Institute.
