Leading this transition is Nathaniel (Kazuo) Lee (Konishi), Head of Practice Operations and a UK-qualified solicitor. As Robert Lee’s successor, Nathaniel leverages a rare dual background as an emergency medical doctor for the NHS and an experienced chiropractor. By integrating medico-legal expertise with data-driven business thinking, he is evolving the firm into a modern consultancy that prioritizes long-term client partnerships and innovative service delivery.

Financial & Fintech Excellence: Nikki (Seulgi) Hwang, our UK Trainee Solicitor and Business Development Manager, brings over 10 years of experience from Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, supported by an MBA and US Certified Public Accountant credentials. Similarly, Wilson (Wong Yi Shun), our UK Trainee Solicitor and Compliance Officer, offers 15 years of senior expertise in compliance and risk management across private equity and banking. A Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant, Wilson holds advanced degrees in law, business, and accountancy. Both are currently pursuing qualification as a UK solicitor, having earned a LPC LLM from University of Law and utilize their financial acumen and legal training to navigate complex regulatory frameworks under HKMA and SFC.
Tax and Private Wealth: Tracy (Yue Pu), a Fellow of the ACCA and Chartered Tax Advisor, spent over a decade at Big Four accounting firms. Having obtained her LLB in 2024, she is now pursuing the Solicitors Qualification Examination (SQE) toward becoming a UK-qualified solicitor. This transition allows her to offer high-level cross-border private client advisory with a multi-disciplinary perspective.
Media Business Development & Marketing: Nikki Hwang also brings firsthand experience in media and entertainment from her time at CJ E&M / Fox International. Her legal journey ensures her expertise in structuring partnerships and sponsorships is grounded in both commercial and legal realities.

Lillian Tam complements this foundation with over 12 years of experience in civil litigation and probate.
